Q&A

  • Until when can I make reservations or cancel them?

    Normal reservations are accepted up to 30 minutes before the lesson starts. You can book up to two weeks in advance.
    (This may be up to one week in advance, depending on the instructor.)
    Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the lesson starts will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations between 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start will be charged 50%. After 30 minutes before the start, the full lesson fee will be forfeited. We cannot accept cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the lesson begins.

  • Standard Reservation Precautions

    Due to system limitations, it may be possible to make reservations up to two weeks in advance even for regular lessons. However, if a dedicated instructor lesson is scheduled, it will take priority and cancel the regular reservation.
    Please note that prior to the system change on September 30, 2023, we have been accepting reservations for lessons only within a two-week period.

  • No call from the instructor.

    If you do not receive a call from the instructor at the scheduled lesson time, please first chat with the Philippines support via Skype, and we will refund your points. It will connect in about 10 minutes.

  • Until when should reservations and cancellations be made?

    Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes in advance and can be for periods ranging from one week to three months. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours. After that, no refunds will be issued.
    If the instructor cancels within 6 hours, you will receive 1.25 times the points back.

  • Available time slots are

    Available from 5:30 AM to 2:00 AM the next day, open year-round.
    Lesson reservation reception hours are from 5:30 AM to 1:30 AM the next day. If you wish to take an early morning lesson, please make your reservation by 1:29 AM.
