The basic flow is the following three courses, and when points are insufficient, indefinite points are purchased.

After selecting a subscription, you will pay for the points of each set tutor and conduct online English conversation. (Tutor introductions are available atthis way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker))

Reservation changes and cancellations must be made by the start of the lesson.over 6 hours agoIf it is, all points will be refunded. When tickets are insufficient: additional points can be purchased for an indefinite period of time.

It differs from a subscription in the following ways
*Limited to 1 person registered for material support.
*Sub-accounts cannot be registered or used.

120P will be given every day, but it will not be carried over to the next day.
　Point expiration date: 1 month. No carryoverHmm.

*Cancellations can be made up to 30 minutes in advance.
5% of the points will be returned if the instructor cancels within 30 minutes.

Cancellation by student
Free until 1 hour before lesson. 1 hour to 30 minutes before lesson 50%. After 30 minutes it will not return.

Cancellation from instructor
We will reimburse you with indefinite points; cancellations within 30 minutes will be reimbursed 1.05 times.

Important:Due to the system, even regular reservationsReservation 2 weeks in advanceHowever, if a homeroom lesson is scheduled, it will be cancelled in order to give priority to the homeroom lesson.

Please note that prior to the change to the new system on September 30, 2023, all lessons were only available for reservations within two weeks.

Indefinite points

*This is a point of purchase on a case-by-case basis.
*You will not lose any points if you re-enroll with a subscription within 180 days after you cancel your membership.
*Cancellation by student
Free until 1 hour before lesson. 1 hour to 30 minutes before lesson 50%. After 30 minutes it will not return.
*Cancellation from the instructor
Cancellations within 30 minutes will be returned at 1.05x points.
*We offer a service to return the points with indefinite points, but this service will end without notice.
